Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our TCU and LTC team at Martin Luther Care Center in Bloomington, MN. The role covers day shifts with a two-week schedule, including every other weekend and holidays, and requires adherence to Home Care regulations and facility policies.

The ideal candidate will hold MN LPN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, be able to work independently, and communicate clearly with residents and the care team.

Qualifications

• MN LPN licensure required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per orders and manage medications and supplies.
• Lift and transfer residents; initiate emergency treatment as needed.
• Monitor unlicensed staff performance.
• Document health status and notify RN of changes.
• Assist with resident assessments and care plans when needed.
