Job summary

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to provide personal cares to improve and maintain the well‑being of adult residents at our Bloomington, MN skilled nursing facility location, Martin Luther Care Center TCU and LTC.

Nursing schedule includes 48 hours in two weeks on day shift, with every other weekend; the role requires monitoring care plans, coordinating medications, and documenting changes per physician orders and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license or by start date.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS).
• Preferred: comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
