Job summary

Minnesota Masonic Home, located in Bloomington, Minnesota, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care to residents in our Transitional Care, Long Term Care, or Memory Care Units. The LPN will perform nursing tasks including medication administration, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring compliance with all care regulations. A competitive wage structure and various shifts, including overnight, are available.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing is required.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• Experience with elderly care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident needs and administer medications.
• Report changes in resident condition to RN/Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
