Job summary

Cedar Sinai Park in Portland, OR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role emphasizes comfort, independence, and dignity within a family-like care setting.

The LPN will supervise CNAs, monitor residents, administer medications as ordered, update care plans, and collaborate with the care team to meet each resident’s needs. Oregon LPN license required; prior EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Oregon LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to work with geriatric residents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervises unit care of residents and assigns duties to CNAs.
• Observes, documents and reports changes in residents' conditions.
• Ensures provision of nursing services and respects resident wishes.
