Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Oregon LPN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.

• Commitment to resident-centered care and ethical nursing practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care while promoting resident comfort, independence, and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor residents for changes, document findings, and communicate concerns promptly to the clinical team.
• Coordinate daily resident care by assigning tasks to CNAs and providing guidance.
• Develop and update individualized care plans reflecting residents’ needs and goals.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, residents, and families to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection prevention practices.
• Advocate for residents’ rights and quality of life.
