Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in resident evaluations and care planning with the team.
• Administer medications and document administration and observations.
• Review and implement physician orders in line with state regulations.
• Communicate changes to care plans to team and family.
• Maintain accurate narcotic records and medication safety.
• Assist with admissions, discharge processes, and consultations.
• Ensure punctuality and shift readiness.
