The Herrick House at Beth Israel Lahey Health Continuing Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee medication management and coordinate medical needs for residents. You will work closely with physicians, nursing leadership and family members to ensure high-quality care in a compassionate setting.

You will observe patient status, document changes, and participate in care planning while supervising Resident Care Aides to deliver care per plan.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees medication management and coordinates with physicians, Director of Nursing/Resident Care and family.
• Observes, documents and reports significant changes in residents’ condition and recommends changes in care needs.
• Supervises Resident Care Aides to ensure care is provided as instructed.

Formação académica

Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing
