The Herrick House at Beth Israel Lahey Health Continuing Care in Beverly, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee medication management and coordinate resident medical needs. You will collaborate with physicians, the Director of Nursing, residents and families to ensure safe, effective care and supervise Resident Care Aides.

Current MA LPN license with BLS is required; minimum 1 year of medical/surgical or skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing or nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Current license to practice nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration; BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health status and interpret data to inform nursing care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, Director of Nursing, residents and families.
• Supervise Resident Care Aides and ensure the care is delivered safely.
