Beth Israel Lahey Health Continuing Care – Herrick House in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee medication management and coordinate resident care with physicians, nursing leadership and families. Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing or nursing in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees medication management and coordinates medical needs with physicians, DON/Resident Care and family.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition; recommends care adjustments.
• Supervises Resident Care Aides to ensure care is delivered as instructed.
