Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home nursing care in the Valley area. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and communicate with the care team to uphold individualized care plans. Active LPN license and current BLS required; 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Required:
