Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to provide personalized, 1:1 home nursing care. You will deliver direct patient care in patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans.

Eligible roles offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Ongoing training and local support accompany a meaningful, community-based role.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide in-home nursing care.
• Experience in patient monitoring and reporting changes.
• Medication administration and treatment delivery as ordered.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
