Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN for home-based, 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across the Columbia, SC area. You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer meds, and document care while communicating with the healthcare team.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Ongoing training and career support are provided by Maxim’s local office.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Drug Screen required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities
