Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 home health care to patients in their homes across a designated service area. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and contribute to individualized care plans with support from a local clinical team.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.
