Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an attentive LPN to deliver personalized 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across Hobart, Indiana. You will work at a steady pace with consistent assignments and meaningful patient relationships.

This role offers flexible scheduling including day, evening, and overnight shifts, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, plus weekly pay, benefits, and dedicated local support to help you focus on compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
