Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking an LVN for skilled home care in Texas on a part-time basis. You will deliver one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes, working closely with families and clinical teams to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home according to the plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

The Opportunity

As an LVN – Skilled Home Care, you’ll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while providing personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.

You’ll work closely with the patient, family members, physicians, and BrightStar Care’s clinical team to promote safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling opportunities, including weekdays and weekends.

• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required.
