Job summary

BrightStar Care in Princeton, TX is seeking an LPN for skilled home care to deliver one-on-one nursing in clients’ homes. You will work closely with clinical and office teams to ensure safe, personalized care and timely documentation.

You’ll provide skilled nursing, administer medications, monitor clients, and communicate with physicians and families to support safety, dignity, and well-being. Flexible part-time scheduling is offered.

The Role

As an LPN – Skilled Home Care, you’ll provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll work closely with our supportive clinical and office teams to ensure each client receives safe, personalized, and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting according to each client’s individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in the client’s condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care clinical team.
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Provide compassionate, professional care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Scheduling needs may include Monday through Sunday, depending on client needs and your availability.
