Job summary

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform a wide range of patient care activities under supervision of the manager/provider.
• Exam room preparation, patient interviews, and chaperone duties as needed.
• Assist minor procedures and triage patient concerns by phone or in person.
• Document clinical information and maintain medical records.
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment and supplies.
