• Performs patient interviews, triage by telephone or in person, and documents clinical information.
• Schedules referrals, appointments, and surgical procedures; manages hospital admissions as needed.
• Maintains clinical documentation and medical records; handles equipment operation and safety.
• Assists with minor procedures and ensures patient care and safety throughout the visit.
