Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care in a West Columbia facility on a day shift (8-5, Monday-Friday). A sign-on bonus of 4,000 is offered. The role includes extensive patient care activities under the supervision of the manager and care providers.

Responsibilities cover a wide range of duties from patient interviews to documentation, triage, and coordination of referrals and appointments, with emphasis on safety and high-quality care. A SC license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Basic first aid knowledge and current CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform a wide variety of patient care activities under the direction of the manager/provider.
• Coordinate patient care, scheduling, and medical records as needed.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients of all ages and staff.
• Assist in procedures and emergency response as required.
