Lexington Health is a comprehensive network of care in South Carolina. Lexington Medical Center, a 607-bed teaching hospital in West Columbia, seeks an LPN to provide nursing care in a professional and courteous manner, supporting patient care, triage, and documentation.

The role requires SC-licensed LPN, CPR certification, and basic first aid knowledge, with a full-time day shift (7:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri) and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Basic first aid knowledge and current CPR certification.
• Minimum Years of Experience: None.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive attitude and professional patient interactions.
• Performs a wide variety of patient care activities under the manager/provider.
• Assists with scheduling, triage, and documentation as required.
