Job summary

Sullivan County Health Care in New Hampshire is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our award-winning team. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and generous paid time off.

You will deliver high-quality nursing and restorative care within facility policies and federal/state regulations. Responsibilities include administering medications, supervising LNAs, updating care plans and assessments, and communicating with residents’ families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active NH LPN license without restrictions.
• Graduate of ANA-accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification required; IV therapy may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing and restorative care per facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document accordingly.
• Supervise LNAs and assign care within scope of practice.
• Develop and update Care Plans, MDSs, and quarterly assessments.
• Communicate with residents’ families about orders and care.

Skills

LPN experience in acute/long-term care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

NH LPN license

ANA-accredited nursing program graduate

CPR certification

IV therapy certification (may be required)
