Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in an acute or long‑term care facility preferred.
• Current CPR certification; IV therapy certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document in MAR/TAR.
• Assess residents, develop and update care plans and assessments within required timeframes.
• Supervise LNAs and coordinate nursing staff and patient care on assigned units.
• Attend rounds with physicians and communicate patient needs and changes to the team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and federal/state regulations; maintain infection control.
