Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team in a long-term care setting. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

We seek graduates of accredited LPN/LVN programs with current NH licensure and CPR certification. Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. Be part of a dedicated team committed to exceptional resident care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct LNAs in compliance with facility policies
• Ensure nursing care follows regulatory guidelines and Pleasant View Center standards
• Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and document findings
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments including wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings
• Coordinate medical appointments and transportation for residents
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Assist in the survey process and uphold high standards of care and safety
• Foster a collaborative work environment across departments
