Job summary

Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, long-term care environment focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct LNAs in compliance with facility policies.
• Ensure nursing care follows regulatory guidelines and Pleasant View Center standards.
• Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers with proper documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition; report to physicians and families.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
• Administer medications and perform treatments including wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.
• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments and transportation for residents.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist in the survey process and uphold high standards of care and safety.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across departments.
