Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Bryan, Ohio is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time and part-time roles, with a sign-on bonus and competitive wages. We welcome multi-state licensees and new graduates as well as seasoned nurses.

Join a team that follows established procedures for charting, narcotics, and patient care, with rounds alongside physicians as needed; current LPN license and BLS/CPR certification required, willingness to obtain certification if needed.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

Education
