Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking LPN nurses for night shifts in Bryan, OH. Full and part-time positions available with a pay range of 28.50–40.50 USD/hour based on experience. Shifts run from 7pm to 7am, offering competitive wages and lower resident ratios.

Candidates should hold a current LPN license in the practicing state and possess BLS/CPR certification or be willing to obtain one. We welcome new graduates as well as seasoned nurses to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient\'s conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient\'s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
