Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Bryan, Ohio is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time roles. We welcome multi-state licensees and new graduates as well as experienced nurses. Competitive wages based on years of experience.

RNs will follow established procedures, document changes in patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians to monitor patient care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient’s conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other noticeable changes.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient’s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
