Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a wellness team in our luxury assisted living community. You will mentor nurses, HHAs and medication technicians, supervise shifts in the Director of Wellness's absence, and help residents with daily living activities and medications.

Applicants should have an active LPN license, CPR certification, and prior supervisory experience in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN certification and CPR.
• Experience supervising staff and medication oversight in assisted living or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Serve as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Maintain MARs and comply with doctors' orders.
• Prioritize, multi-task and work independently.
