Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Holtsville, NY is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to lead a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in our Wellness/Resident Services Center.

As shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will oversee ADLs and medication administration with skill and kindness, ensuring safety and quality of life for our residents in a luxury community.

Qualifications

• Active LPN certification required.
• Experience supervising staff in assisted living or similar environment.
• Experience handling medications and MARs.
• Dementia/Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director.
• Oversee ADLs and medication administration with care and accuracy.
