Job summary

The Bristal is seeking a compassionate LPN Shift Supervisor to lead a busy Wellness/Resident Services Center at our Holtsville community. You will oversee nurses, HHA staff and medication technicians, ensuring high-quality care and safety for residents.

This part-time on-site role requires an active LPN and CPR, with experience in ADLs assistance and MARs management. You will mentor the team and step in as shift supervisor when the Director is away.

Qualifications

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience.
• Active LPN certification is required.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
• Caring, reliable and observant with MARs and doctors' orders.
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and supervise nurses, HHAs and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Ensure care delivery is compassionate, safe and compliant with policies.
