Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in New York seeks an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee a nursing team in our Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will mentor nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians while ensuring safe, compassionate care and accurate MARs documentation.

As shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will manage ADLs, assist with medications, and model genuine kindness in a luxury senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.
• Active LPN certification is required.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.

• You must have an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents.
