Job summary

Fisher-Titus is hiring an LPN for Senior Services in Norwalk, OH. The full-time, on-site role offers day shift hours (6:30am-7:00pm) with every other weekend and holiday, plus a Senior Services premium and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide nursing care under physician direction, document care accurately, and support pediatric and geriatric patients while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Under physician supervision, provides nursing care per policy.
• Maintains accurate nursing documentation for care plans.
• Administers medications and records doses, including IVs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing interventions to support patient outcomes during perianesthesia care.
• Documentation integration for the health care team to ensure quality of care.
• Assesses for pain and uses pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic methods for relief.
• Provides care for pediatric and geriatric patients and supports family/caregivers.
• Ensures safe transfer of care with proper handoff to the next phase.
