Maxim Healthcare in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for students with medical needs in school-based settings. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in Illinois, BLS, a current Health Certificate, and routine health assessments.

Qualifications

• Provide nursing care for students with medical needs (trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, diabetic care, etc.).
• May ride the bus to and from school with the patient.
