Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our ambulatory care team. Work under the supervision of a RN, APP or physician and manage a provider's patient load within your scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Unencumbered LPN license required by state nursing board.
• Strong documentation and patient counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Documents medical histories from patients.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provides support to healthcare professionals.
