Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Maryland seeks a Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, lead nursing staff, and ensure safe, compassionate resident care. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams while supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Qualified candidates must hold an active Maryland RN or LPN license and BLS, with 5+ years of nursing experience and 1-2

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered Maryland RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.

SHIFTS (PT Weekend): 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $40.00 – $50.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE
No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($2.50 For 3pm -11pm & $2.00 For 11pm - 7am)

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
