Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We offer 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts with competitive pay ranging from $31.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and incentives.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shift differentials of $2.50 for 3pm–11pm and $2.00 for 11pm–7am. Daily pay and no-frills options are also described, with additional earnings potential.

Hourly Range: $31.00 – $40.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE
No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.
