Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, seeks a LPN/RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in Maryland. This role offers Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities with shifts 3:00PM–11:00PM and 11:00PM–7:00AM, earning $40.00–$50.00/hr, all-inclusive, with additional incentives and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, person-centered care delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.
