Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Maryland is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff across day-to-day operations.

Eligible candidates hold an active MD RN or LPN license and BLS certification, with 5+ years of nursing experience, including 1–2 years in supervision. Competitive shifts and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Maryland RN or LPN license.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensuring timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.

SHIFTS (FT): 3:00PM - 11:00PM

SHIFTS (PT Weekend): 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $40.00 – $50.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($2.50 For 3pm -11pm & $2.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
