Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident health, and follow individualized care plans. The role supports varied shifts and compensation includes shift differentials, benefits, and opportunities for daily pay.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license with current BLS/CPR and excels in assessment, documentation, and teamwork in a busy long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician’s plan of treatment and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.

8 HOUR SHIFTS (FT/PT): 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

12 HOUR SHIFTS (FT): 7:00AM - 7:00PM Or 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $40.00 – $50.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($2.50 For 3pm -11pm & $2.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):
