We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to provide home health care services to pediatric patients at schools. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing education and support to families, and assisting with school-related health needs. Experience in pediatric home health care and a passion for helping others are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient's health status
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Perform basic medical procedures (administering injections, taking vital signs)
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other treatments
• Provide home health services at school and during transportation
• Assess patients and provide primary nursing care
• Communicate with multi-disciplinary team
• Manage supplies and emergency situations
• Document patient progress regularly

Qualification Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in NC
• CPR Certification (no online courses)
• Minimum 1-year RN or LPN experience within the last 3 years
• Experience with Trach, Vent, G-Tube, Diabetes, Pediatric Care, or Seizure Management is preferred
