Job Details

Position: Clinical Specialist, Wound Care Supplies (Remote, based in Florida Panhandle)

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (starting at $75,000)

Benefits: Travel reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, health benefits

Shift: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing homes and long-term care facilities in wound management.
  2. Develop and implement wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  3. Educate and train staff on wound care techniques and equipment.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for timely wound care.
  5. Monitor wound progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  6. Stay updated on wound care best practices and developments.
Requirements
  • Active nursing license
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in nursing homes or long-term care
  • Wound care certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of wound care principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with driving up to 2 hours
