Immanuel Living in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join a multi-disciplinary care team providing quality resident care in a not-for-profit Life Plan community.

We offer 12-hour night shifts (6p-6a) with a $5/hour shift differential and a competitive benefits package, with opportunities to grow as you follow individualized service plans in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• Be familiar with or be willing to learn State and Federal guidelines for long-term care
• Maintain a current knowledge of nursing theory and practice
• Complete 24 continuing education credits in 2 years as required by Montana

• Follow physicians’ orders and resident service plans.
• Carry out duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Unit Resident Care Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete medical and behavioral observations as required.
• Coordinate with all team members to meet resident needs and assist other staff.

• Work independently while prioritizing duties, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in documentation, and problem solving.
• Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from others.

We have 12 hour NOC shifts (6p-6a) with a $5/hr Shift Differential for NOCS available for a nurse seeking a career.

The purpose of this position is to serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team facilitating quality care, guided by residents’ individualized service plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a LPN or RN in the State of Montana
• One (1) year experience as a nurse
• Be familiar with or be willing to learn about State and Federal guidelines pertaining to long-term care
• Maintain a current comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice
• Completion of 24 continuing education credits in 2-year period of licensure, as required by the State of Montana

Specific Duties

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete medical and behavioral observations as required.
• Work and coordinate with all team members to meet resident’s needs. Assist other staff
• assisting residents, as needed.
• Work independently, while prioritizing duties and responsibilities, taking on additional
• assignments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness with documentation, and
• demonstrating the ability to problem solve.
• Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
