Job summary

Immanuel Living in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary care team. You will follow residents’ service plans, administer medications, and monitor health status to support high-quality outcomes.

We offer 12-hour night shifts (6p-6a) with a $5/hr shift differential, competitive benefits, PTO and retirement matching, plus opportunities for education and loan repayment in a faith-based not-for-profit community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Montana LPN or RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Familiarity with State and Federal long-term care guidelines or willingness to learn.
• Completion of 24 continuing education credits in 2 years as required by Montana.

Responsibilities

• Follow physicians’ orders, treatments, and resident service plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete medical and behavioral observations as required.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to meet resident needs.
• Coordinate with other staff and departments to ensure timely care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and problem-solve as needed.
