Job summary

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Team Lead LPN to join our team at Immanuel Courtyard in Omaha, NE. This role supports the Assisted Living team and drives high-quality care within a mission‑driven setting.

The position is full‑time with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule and an on‑call rotation every three weeks. Compensation is based on experience and education, with up to $37.19/hour.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) license in the respective state is mandatory.
• Two (2) years’ experience in an assisted living or skilled care community is required.
• Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• The Lead LPN supports the AL Manager/AL Supervisor in implementing Immanuel’s goals of providing the best possible care for Assisted Living residents.
• You will present training and guidance to the Medication Aides, ensure physician’s orders and pharmacy orders are clear and accurate, and provide resident care as indicated.
• Monitors health care tracking systems and audits performed in the department.

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Team Lead LPN to join our team at Immanuel Courtyard, located at 6757 Newport Avenue, Omaha, NE 68152. Immanuel Courtyard is home to 70 independent living and 68 assisted living apartment homes, offering a warm and community‑focused environment for both residents and staff.

This full‑time position follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., providing consistent daytime hours with an on‑call rotation every three weeks.

This role pays up to $37.19/hour, with compensation based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.
