Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Charlotte Hall, Maryland is seeking a Night shift RN/LPN to join our nursing team at the Charlotte Hall Facility. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive hourly pay with overnight shift differentials.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, coordinate care, and support detox protocols while ensuring client safety and confidentiality. Current RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments.
• Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
• Administer medications according to established protocols.
• Implement and deliver detox protocols.
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments for appropriate clients, as required by protocol.
• Provide medication education to clients and confirm their understanding of treatment.
• Coordinate with medical providers for initial assessments and medication-management appointments.
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order while protecting client confidentiality and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay RN: $35–$41 per hour LPN: $28–$35 per hour Shift differentials may apply.

Employment Information Because of the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our commitment to client safety, selected candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations and accrediting-body requirements.
