Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications; reports adverse reactions per policy.
• Educates patients on surgical procedures.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors equipment and interprets electronic displays.
• Participates in discharge planning and time management.
