Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill seeks a skilled LPN/RN Contract Nurse for full-time nights in a state-of-the-art facility. You will deliver high-quality care and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans for our residents.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, med administration, vital-sign monitoring, and daily living support. Local candidates preferred; housing/travel costs are the candidate's responsibility.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and wound care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with input from residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.

About the Role:

As a LPN/RN Contract Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide assistance with daily living activities, and conduct vital sign assessments. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing top-notch care to our residents.

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Missouri

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for improving the lives of our residents

This position is intended for local contract candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
