Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, a premier skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Contract LPN/RN to join our team. This is a full-time day or night position on an 8-week local contract with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends. Pay rate is $40/hour for LPN and $45/hour for RN.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse or registered nurse with current MO license.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends as part of the contract.
• Compassionate, team-oriented and dedicated to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate resident records including progress notes and MARs.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
