Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, MO is seeking a Contract LPN/RN for an 8-week local contract in a skilled nursing setting. This full-time day or night role offers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Pay rates are $40/hour for LPNs and $45/hour for RNs, with a prospect to join after the contract.

This position is local-candidate focused; applicants outside the local area will cover their own housing, lodging, travel, gas, and transportation costs.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care, including medications, wound care, and vitals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident records, progress notes, and MARs.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.

• Assist with resident daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
