Qualifications

About the Role:

As a Contract LPN/RN with Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Demonstrating a commitment to our residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in the state of Missouri
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting, preferably with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Note: This position is intended for local contract candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
